Our Customer Service Department serves as the central pillar of our business, delivering expert and professional support to both our key accounts and consumers throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity: National Accounts Coordinator, a role that will embody our credo “Autograph your work with excellence”. Reporting into the National Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence by fostering strong internal and external relationships with our golf enthusiasts, members, and partners serving as the conduit between our export processes and the distribution centre.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries with understanding, empathy, professionalism and proactive solutions.
- Process sales orders received via various channels with precision from order receipt to despatch and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations staying updated on policies and industry standards.
- Provide administrative support to our external sales teams and regional account managers.
- Collaborate with operational teams to drive fast, quality resolutions for our customers.
- Prepare and process all required shipping documentation.
Exceptional communication skills are key to this role, along with a proactive approach and sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment. You’ll be focused, resilient under pressure, and committed to delivering timely and accurate support—always putting the customer first. In addition, you'll play a vital role in driving continuous improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, taking pride in providing exceptional service aligned to a premium brand. Whilst prior experience in customer support and knowledge of international trade, logistics, or export operations is advantageous. Drive to delight is more important as we will provide the skills and training for the role.
