Senior Motion Designer / Director
Up to £60,000 pa
Hybrid working – 3 days PW onsite
We are working with a Consultancy who is making some great moves in the Design & Creative space.
They operate in 3 main fields – Insight, Strategy & Imagination
They are looking for a skilled film and motion creative who excels in both technical expertise and generating innovative creative concepts, to join their Motion & Film team.
The successful candidate will:
- oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and managing other creatives as needed.
- deliver high-quality work with a strong attention to detail.
- possess a solid background in branding and graphic design.
- report directly to the ACD in the motion team.
- collaborate with a diverse team of designers, motion designers, copywriters, and strategists across London, New York, and Asia.
Key skills & experience:
- Experienced in film and motion & art direction; ideally in a senior role.
- Strong conceptual skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Expertise in video editing and motion graphics, using 2D & 3D approaches.
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.
- Experience presenting to clients and pitching ideas
- Experience managing and coaching more junior members of the team
- Portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual and technical abilities across multiple sectors.
- Strong background in branding and understanding of graphic design principles.
