They have achieved a 300% + headcount growth within the last 12 months to reflect their pipeline and show no signs of slowing down as we move through 2025.
As an integral member of the solutions team, you will act as the technical expert during the pre-sales process, bridging the gap between customer needs and the platform capabilities of Salesforce. Working closely across different business unit teams, you will ensure solutions are crafted in reflection to best practice, and Salesforce's full potential with the business needs at the forefront.
You will lead discovery sessions, design and present demos and prototypes, provide relevant guidance on best practices and support with documentation and proposals.

This is a company-wide London based hybrid role. For the days youβre in the office, the team often come together for social activities alongside the business sitting at the forefront of Salesforce networking functions.
Requirements:
- Circa 3+ years experience with Salesforce
- Multi-cloud experience β Core Cloud is essential
- Proven experience acting in a solutions consultant capacity
- Consultancy experience is essential
- Experience preparing and running demos to clients
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Full right to work in the UK
