About the Role
An End User Compute (EUC) position, responsible for the support, maintenance, and development of a modern desktop and collaboration environment. You’ll play a key role in project delivery, act as a technical escalation point, and ensure the stability, performance, and strategic evolution of the EUC landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support and ownership of incidents, requests, and problems
- Managing and improving Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 deployments
- Contributing to EUC-related projects and change initiatives
- Ensuring proactive monitoring, security compliance, and patch management
- Collaborating with technology and business teams to optimise end-user experience
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports
Required Skills and Experience
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- Strong knowledge and experience with:
- Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), ServiceNow
- Group Policy, Active Directory, Application Packaging
- PowerShell scripting
