We’re working with one of the world’s leading Financial Services to find an exceptional Campus Recruiter to join their London-based Early Careers team. This role is all about high-impact engagement with top-tier undergraduate and Master’s-level talent across trading, software engineering, and investing. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of the top 1% of STEM talent – taking ownership from early identification through to internship conversion.

Key highlights:

  • Lead on-campus attraction and engagement, with heavy presence across target universities.
  • Full ownership of flagship, large-scale engagement events – on campus and internationally.
  • Opportunity for US travel, and extensive campus travel from September to December.
  • Part of a high-performing, collaborative team with direct visibility across the business.
  • In-person role (5 days/week) based in central London.
