Opportunité unique de rejoindre un client final qui conçoit et déploie des applications IA à destination de milliers d'entreprises et qui recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) Avant-Vente IA bilingue français/anglais pour accompagner des clients internationaux dans la définition, la valorisation et le cadrage de cas d’usage IA/ML à fort impact business. Cette mission s’adresse à un profil hybride doté d’une solide compréhension technique, d’une expérience en conseil stratégique et d’une forte aisance client.
Responsabilités principales :
- Identifier avec les clients (métiers, IT, experts fonctionnels) les cas d’usage IA/ML prioritaires et piloter la définition de leur feuille de route de transformation.
- Élaborer et cadrer des projets pilotes de démarrage (PoC, MVP).
- Définir la valeur business et ROI estimé de chaque initiative (business case, modèle financier, gains opérationnels).
- Assurer l’alignement entre les besoins métiers du client et les capacités techniques de la plateforme IA proposée.
- Travailler en coordination avec les équipes produit, customer success et commerciales pour assurer l’adhésion client et contribuer à l’expansion du périmètre.
- Présenter les solutions IA à des décideurs de haut niveau (COMEX, DSI, directions métier).
- Participer activement à la stratégie de déploiement de l’IA en entreprise, en lien avec les équipes internes et les écosystèmes clients.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme Bac+5 en ingénierie, économie, data science, statistiques ou équivalent. Un MBA ou MSc est un plus.
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle, dont 4 ans en cabinet de conseil (stratégie, IT, data) ou dans une entreprise technologique.
- Solide culture en intelligence artificielle, data science, cloud computing ou analyse big data.
- Bonne compréhension des processus métiers dans un ou plusieurs secteurs : industrie, énergie, grande consommation, télécom, banque/assurance, santé...
- Excellente capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de formalisation de business cases.
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français et anglais (écrit & oral).
- Expérience dans la présentation d’offres complexes à des cadres dirigeants.
