We're Hiring: Control Valve Applications Engineer (Internal Sales) – Join the Experts in Process Control. The Opportunity: We're seeking a Control Valve Applications Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This is a critical technical role where you’ll be the bridge between engineering, sales, and our valued customers. From selecting and sizing control valves to offering technical support across the lifecycle of a project — your expertise will make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer specifications and process data to select and size control valves/actuators
  • Process enquiries, generate quotations, and manage orders
  • Interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and control philosophies
  • Provide responsive technical support and application advice
  • Stay updated on ISA, API, ASME standards and new technologies

Your Skillset

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (desirable)
  • 5+ years' experience in control valve applications or technical support
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and valve sizing tools
  • Experience with Safety Relief and Severe Service Valves (a plus)
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical industry practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems
