About the role:
Crowd2Fund seeks a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Assistant. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of customer service, operational, and administrative skills. You will be responsible for providing excellent support to our investors, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels (Intercom, email, phone).
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and technical difficulties.
- Process investor KYC requests and manage Trustpilot reviews.
- Assist with loan repayments, collections, and account management.
- Support business development activities, including campaign creation and client onboarding.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and other company communications (Mailchimp and other platforms)
- Assign and track tickets (Jira, Intercom), and provide general office support.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Experience with Intercom, Hubspot, Jira, and Mailchimp is a plus but highly preferred.
Note: We will require the chosen candidate to come into the office full-time while they train and get to learn the business.
