About the Role
Join a small, high-performing product engineering team at an early-stage AI startup (currently in stealth). As the third engineer on a close-knit London-based platform team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and iterating on a powerful, user-facing platform from the ground up. This is an opportunity to help define the architecture and direction of a product with the potential to reshape how AI is deployed in complex business environments. We’re building technology around cutting-edge AI workflows that require deep technical ownership and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Build end-to-end product features across the stack (frontend, backend, data)
- Work closely with founders and engineers to ship fast, iterate quickly, and influence product direction
- Solve novel technical challenges related to scaling, performance, and usability
- Contribute to a product that leverages AI in practical, real-world workflows
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
- 3–7+ years of experience as a software engineer working on production-grade applications
- Expertise in at least some of our core stack: Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres
- A product-minded engineering approach – you care about what gets built and why
- Experience building platforms or internal tools, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- The ability to thrive in an early-stage environment: ambiguity, speed, and autonomy excite you
