We're looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to join our customer marketing team on a hybrid working basis. You will be an expert in your field, developing engaging campaigns to retain new and existing customers. You will work closely with our Performance Specialists and Digital Store teams to drive progress and grow an increasingly loyal customer base.
Your Impact
- Developing, executing and controlling Retention Marketing Activities within an important area of the Customer Life Stage (Lead Generation, New Name, Retention, Loyalty / Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention & Reactivation).
- Developing weekly and monthly goals within an important area (Lead Generation, Data Capture, New Name Retention, Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention and Reactivation).
- Setting up campaigns to lead and improve results on an ongoing basis.
- Driving insights to deliver new areas of opportunity for the business.
- Creating Campaigns to engage and retain customers.
What You Bring
- Experience in Retention Marketing both digital and direct.
- Experience driving profitable sales and customer development.
- Technical knowledge in Retention Marketing Tools (e.g. Campaign Management Tools, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues in a customizable way.
- Ability to work on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets.
- Experience translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other partners.
