About the Role:

  • Assisting with the design and specification of AV solutions
  • Supporting project delivery to a high standard while keeping budgets in check
  • Installing and operating AV equipment onsite for small to medium projects
  • Managing the build and breakdown process at live events
  • Communicating directly with clients in a timely and professional way
  • Supporting the sales team with technical insights and solution proposals
  • Handling warehouse responsibilities: kit prep, stock checks, equipment inspections, and maintenance

What They’re Looking For:

  • Some working knowledge or a keen interest in AV tech (lighting, LED, video control, staging, rigging, etc.)
  • Basic fault finding and repair experience is a plus
  • Great communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proactive, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office; knowledge of stock control systems
  • CAD software skills (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp) are desirable but not essential
