Are you a skilled Desktop Support Analyst with a passion for delivering top-tier technical support? We're on the lookout for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing hands-on and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various devices, including VDI, laptops, and printers.
  • Managing system installations, configurations, and updates for Windows 10, Office 365, and other enterprise applications.
  • Deploying patches and updates using Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Supporting collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Exchange, and mobile communications.
  • Partnering with IT teams to resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Investigating security vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
  • Creating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training materials.
  • Providing mentorship to junior team members and sharing best practices.
  • Setting up and managing AV equipment for company-wide meetings and events.
  • Participating in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Citrix, VDI, and Exchange.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools, including antivirus and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in software deployment tools like SCCM.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
