We are a multi-award winning, SEO first agency, working with UK fashion retailers and ecommerce brands. We pride ourselves on delivering incremental non-brand performance for our clients in combination with our industry recognised technology platform, Metis. Our blend of people and technology allows us to react fast and first to consumer trends and unlock incredible growth for our clients.
You will have ideally, one to two years’ experience in an SEO role working within an agency or client side for an ecommerce brand and therefore working within a trade environment. You will have experience in keyword research, keyword gap analysis and optimising on-page elements and internal linking. You will have a good technical understanding and know what elements might impact crawlability. Finally, you will have experience using tools such as SEMRush, SERanking, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and analyse search trends
- Optimise on-page content such as metadata, H1s, copy and internal linking structures for improved rankings
- Understand true keyword gaps and therefore the opportunities to expand a clients’ sites architecture
- Conduct regular site hygiene checks and recommend improvements that ladder up into performance
- Help collaborate with our Content and Digital PR teams to create a streamlined approach for our clients
- Monitor and report on performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMRush/SERanking
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Core Skills:
- One to two years of hands-on experience in an SEO role, preferably agency side or in-house for a retail brand
- Good knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- Technical / on-page SEO: Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed optimisation
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Good communication and written skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic about staying ahead of industry changes and driving measurable results
