Electronic Engineering Lab Technician in Stevenage.

Contract: 6 Months - Likely to extend.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Full Time Onsite). Lab users need to be onsite 5 days per week. Open to flexible start/end time but will need to be onsite 5 days.

Pay Rate: £25 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35.

Essential Qualifications:

  • No formal education.
  • IPC qualification J-STD-001 and IPC-7721 essential.

All others are beneficial.

Target Industries and Companies:

Is Defence a must? If not, what industries can be considered? Open as long as they have the IPC qualifications.

Skillset/Experience Required:

  • Prior experience of engineering lab management.
  • Current IPC Certificates in J-STD-001 & IPC-7721.
  • IPC-A-610 is a significant benefit.
  • Good understanding of ESD management.
