We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join one of our very successful MedComms studio teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in high-paced and creative environments. The successful candidate will have experience in an agency environment liaising between client service and creative teams to manage the delivery of creative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling and flow of projects through the studio, ensuring all deadlines are met and identify bottlenecks in the process and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Oversee freelance support and coordinate appropriately.
  • Assign team members to projects based on skills and availability for optimal productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for upper management.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the studio’s standards and client expectations before delivery.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that costs are tracked and controlled.

Working arrangement

Two days in a central London office is a MUST and non-negotiable – three days in the office would be even better.

Salary

Up to Β£45K.
