QH4 Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading private wealth manager, looking for a high-potential Business Solutions & Data Analyst to join their growing Business and Data Solutions function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in wealth management with strong systems and data experience who’s ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role. You’ll work closely with the Head of Business and Data Solutions, shaping how technology, data, and process improvements support front-office, dealing, operations, and client service teams.

- Driving data analytics improvements and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Partnering with tech vendors and ensuring optimal use of business systems
We’re looking for someone with:
- 7+ years' experience in a data/business solutions role within a wealth management or private client environment
- Hands-on exposure to tools like XPLAN, Pulse/Symphony, BitaRisk, PowerBI, First Rate, PowerApps
- A proactive mindset and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Potential to grow into a future leadership role – you don’t need to be managing a team yet
Bonus points for:
- Experience with AI in financial services
- Prior mentoring or team leadership (not essential)
