We are seeking a skilled Security Programme Manager (Software Development industry preferred) who will lead the platform team building the company’s first enterprise identity and related safety features. Work with product teams to ensure alignment with the platform, develop technical roadmaps and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products.
Spearhead the safety strategy for the company’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe. Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

- Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.

- Will be responsible for entire project lifecycle - Project initiation meeting, structure of the project, meetings cadence etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
- Strong education background
- Experience in the technology industry, especially in enterprise identity, trust and platform reliability.
