The Senior Registration Project Manager acts as the Twenty20 platform delivery expert across DP World’s business and internal events (regional events, global events, Business Engagements Platforms and Partnerships (BEPP)). Actively collaborating with DP World stakeholders and internal GPJ teams for engagements that require Twenty20 solutions, always focusing on efficient and effective attendee journeys that meet DP World marketing objectives. This role brings a holistic view to the delivery of registration and guest management solutions. Bringing individual platforms and digital touch points together to deliver one seamless attendee journey whilst capturing and analysing customer data to inform future experiences and build a detailed picture of customers. This isn’t just about delivering to a scope and budget – we’re looking for a passionate project manager who understands how to use technology to enhance experiences in the unforgiving live event space. Care and attention to detail are critical to the success of our experiences. On-site attendance may be required, and the benefits of careful project planning need to be balanced with the flexibility to make quick decisions. In short you will need to lead the charge on the roll out of this platform and future platforms, with a clear focus on delivering towards our short, medium and long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Platform management and innovation: Provide guidance, best practice and new feature recommendations for the Let’s Connect platform to DP World and GPJ. Create training and marketing materials and enable GPJ and DP World teams on platform features and process for delivery. Provide testing and feedback prior to phased launches and new feature roll outs. Plan and build out the Guest Portal to include all relevant materials. Be the go to person on the partnerships team for advice on use of the Twenty20 platform for business events.
- Event registration: Establish and manage project timeline and milestones. Gather requirements for the registration system. Provide or coordinate creation of content (event description, agenda, speaker bios). Creation of landing pages (event details, FAQ, contact, etc.). Ensure branding consistency (logos, colours, fonts) and manage brand reviews. Collect required media assets (images etc.). Define attendee types and registration flow. Set up registration form and data collection fields. Configure automated platform emails. Craft all email correspondence to attendees. Conduct thorough QA and user testing before launch. Schedule and launch email campaigns. Monitor registration metrics (signups, conversions, bounce rate). Export and share registration data with DP World stakeholders. Plan check-in system and badge printing if necessary. Send reminder emails and event updates to registrants. Handle attendee support and troubleshoot registration issues. Maintain data privacy and security compliance (e.g., GDPR). Send thank-you emails and post-event surveys. Analyse event performance and attendee feedback reporting back to the client. Hold post-mortem with team to document lessons learned.
- Large scale events: Ensure platform is ready for large-scale events or provide recommendations for alternative suitable platforms where required. Support system configuration pre-event and onsite infrastructure. Management of all event registration communications and manage the onsite check-in, badge and conference materials collection and registration support desk. Dedicated event inbox management. Data management and weekly reporting. Sessions scanning and lead retrieval.
- Third Party Meeting Tool & Lead Retrieval: Consolidate and project manage the lead retrieval activities across all third party and proprietary events. A resource for execution teams in the configuration and implementation of DP World approved meetings and Lead Retrieval tools. Ensure consistency of data collection across all events in support of wider strategic data collection and sales functions. Escalation and troubleshooting. Data cleaning and reporting.

You have extensive experience of using event management / guest registration systems across a range of clients and event types. You’re naturally curious around how technology works, staying up to date with trends. You’re reliable, accountable and dedicated to the success of assigned projects. You are driven with a high energy level and ability to be self-motivated. You have a strong professional service focus including ability to remain flexible and collaborative when under pressure. You have a flexible working approach to work, understanding that we are servicing a global team.
Background, Skills and Experience
You’ll have demonstrable knowledge and experience of working in the digital product space, with event technology platforms specifically. Intimately knowledgeable about digital delivery processes and when to include key disciplines like UX, UI and content strategy. Ability to defend and represent this process to other areas of the business. Comfortable drawing up appropriate processes for delivery of projects and socialising them within the business and DP World stakeholders. You will have experience working with designers and developers with different digital skillsets, leveraging their knowledge to help deliver work. You will talk their language and then work out how this can be best communicated to less digitally savvy colleagues and clients. Broad client experience consistent with our portfolio of progressive and sector defining client brands. Experience of the live environment / experiential delivery and its specific pressures. Demonstrable experience of successfully generating and pitching ideas and overseeing technology aspects through to delivery. Experience being client facing with often complex global brand organisations.
