What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in project management within an event agency, specifically focusing on incentive or corporate events.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex projects from initial concept through to flawless completion.
  • Exceptional skills in building and nurturing strong client and supplier relationships.
  • The ability to develop compelling proposals and translate client briefs into outstanding creative solutions.
  • Strong command of budget management, negotiation, and invoicing.
  • A proactive, positive, and accountable approach to your work, always striving for excellence.
  • Confidence in using and staying current with event technology and office applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex incentive events and corporate conferences for their diverse corporate clientele.
  • Develop comprehensive and creative proposals that articulate clear event concepts and value propositions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and confidently managing their expectations.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Be willing to travel for events and FAM trips as required.
