Beaconsfield (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite) £45,000 – £48,000 + 10% Bonus

My client is a premium provider within the high-end property and lifestyle care sector, delivering exceptional residential experiences that blend innovation, elegance, and compassion. With a growing portfolio of luxurious developments, they’re looking to bring on board a dedicated and commercially minded Marketing Manager to strengthen their brand presence and drive high-impact campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys the fast pace of project execution and thrives on bringing marketing plans to life. Approximately 70% of your time will be focused on tactical delivery: campaign management, social media, content creation, event support, while the remaining 30% will involve contributing to broader strategic planning alongside the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and optimise paid and organic social campaigns (particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content across all channels: web, print, email, and events
  • Oversee local marketing activity and partner closely with site-based sales teams
  • Support the launch of new residential developments, from planning to execution
  • Liaise with external creative/media agencies to ensure effective campaign rollouts
  • Maintain and update website content (WordPress) and support blog/SEO strategy
  • Use AI tools to enhance creative delivery and campaign efficiency
  • Track campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and handle key operational admin
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a Marketing Manager role, with a strong focus on campaign delivery and hands-on marketing
  • Experience in the property or development sector (e.g., housing developer, retail/commercial construction, or care/residential communities)
  • Confident across digital and offline marketing, with a passion for storytelling and brand consistency
  • Excellent copywriting and content production skills
  • Familiar with social analytics, CRM tools, and WordPress
  • Able to build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively with external partners
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
