An established organisation, my client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the finance team through a forthcoming busy period at their rural head office located near Halesworth.
Your new role
Working as part of a friendly and supportive accounts team, this role will focus on the purchase and sales ledger function. Key duties will include processing purchase invoices, statement reconciliations; preparing payment runs; supplier query resolution; raising invoices; payment allocation; database and spreadsheet maintenance; and assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience working in an Accounts Assistant role with confident purchase and sales ledger skills. Experience of supporting with month-end reconciliations and reporting work would be beneficial.

This role can offer flexible hours – Circa 25-30 hours per week
