We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Manager for English and Maths (16-18) to help shape the future of post-16 education in East London. What You'll Do
- Provide academic and operational leadership for our 16-18 English and/or Maths provision
- Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, fostering high performance and continuous professional development
- Oversee the design, delivery, and improvement of engaging, inclusive curricula
- Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and support intervention strategies
- Work closely with the Head of Department, support teams, and senior leaders to meet departmental and college-wide goals
