My leading, global beauty client is currently looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Director to join their team in London due to very exciting changes in the business. The role emphasizes remote work but requires availability to travel to London.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage all ecommerce activities across brand websites and channels for two brands to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet KPIs.
- Oversee website content and functionality, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Manage the rollout of in-store CRM app with the digital project manager.
- Develop CRM strategies for B2B and B2C to enhance consumer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Handle budget planning and management, including P&L for both brands.
- Report to the marketing director and manage four team members.
- Focus on ecommerce with strategic digital marketing channels like PPC, remarketing, affiliates, email, and SEO.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong ecommerce experience with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple brands and projects.
- Proactive self-starter and effective leader with strong management and communication skills.
- Experience with change management and customer segmentation/personalization.
- Experience managing ecommerce in the USA or North America.
