Are you looking for a dental associate post to energise your career progression and enjoyment? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Associate to join the Pain Free Dentistry Group at Lismore Dental Practice in Carlisle.
Shift Pattern: Monday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-4pm, (Sat 9am-1pm on rotation)
As an Associate with The Pain Free Dentistry Group, you will be joining a fully private practice. We are looking for someone who is willing to develop themselves under our guidance and support to provide world class clinical care. This role is ideal for any dentist, no matter what your experience, who wishes to improve their progression with a busy private practice, fully mentored clinical support, excellent remuneration, a balanced clinical/work life and a generous clinical development grant worth over £5k to be utilised within the first 2-3 years of starting.

- Full clinical/management support – Full treatment plan support from clinical director Elaine Halley directly with one to one sessions and through Seattle Study Club events
- Fully computerised with SOE, digital radiography etc
- Financial support to begin your training with a Diploma or MSc course
- Access to our group lab for support on digital planning, digital dentures and implant planning/restorations
In house training and mentoring support:
- Implant restoration
- Oral surgery
- Labial and lingual fixed cosmetically focussed orthodontics
- DSD digital treatment planning
- IV sedation
Candidates must have:
- A desire to continually improve their dentistry
- Be willing to be mentored and attend team training events
- Great communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients
- Enjoy a team focused approach to care
