As a Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering change strategies across high-impact initiatives. You’ll be responsible for defining change management approaches, assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and managing resistance — all while ensuring the success of key transformation projects.

To optimize client access to London Market capacity, the GBC is undergoing a major transformation to digitize operations and implement a new Target Operating Model. This initiative will introduce new ways of working and leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the change management approach across the project, aligning with other GBC initiatives.
  • Define and execute the change management strategy and plan.
  • Manage the change team and collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers, as well as business leaders.
  • Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to influence and ensure delivery of project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the overall project strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex change initiatives, ideally with London Market experience.
  • Strong skills in assessing change impact and delivering effective mitigation plans.
  • Experience leading change teams, including communications and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and time management capabilities.
