Their target market includes 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants as well as leading luxury retailers in the UK, such as Harrods and Selfridges, and is also supplied to some of the most luxurious hotels worldwide.
This is a key Training & Development role within the company where you will be expected to assist the Global Marketing Director in delivering the UK Business Plan. This is a great opportunity for a highly driven individual to join and further their tea training career as well as help shape the retail strategy for the new luxury tea boutique in London.
Job Purpose: To be seen by our customers and staff as the ‘Tea Expert’ inside London. To be responsible for the operation of our new tea boutique. Your duties will include visual merchandising, stock control & product management as well as providing excellent customer service. Your role will also develop and implement paid for tea masterclasses for small groups. In addition, your duties will include providing high quality staff training on a regular basis to our luxury clients both in the boutique and at their premises.
Professional experience and profile:
- Some previous work experience within a luxury boutique setting.
- Experience in the Luxury Goods and/or Luxury Food and Beverage industries welcome.
- A passion for communication, people and delivering high quality training a must.
