Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run an Accident Repair Centre based in Norwich. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.

Our client is offering the following:

  • Basic £50,000
  • Bonus scheme – Site performance related - OTE £75,000
  • Monday to Friday, every other Sat morning
  • Permanent role

You must be able to demonstrate experience of:

  • Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
  • Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
  • Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
  • Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
  • Producing reports as required by the Group
