Key Role Responsibilities

  • Architect and propose data centre and AI transformation solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, technical workshops, and strategic client meetings to define solution direction.
  • Promote and position partner technologies and internal service offerings.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Lead technical governance and quality assurance on solution design and delivery.
  • Represent the business at industry events and partner forums.
  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and development.

Key Attributes Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of Data & AI architectures and hybrid infrastructure solutions (HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise AI systems and services.
  • Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and data centre modernisation.
  • Excellent client engagement, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with service management, technical documentation standards, and vendor tools.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain it is advantageous.
