The role of Assistant Manager is second in charge of the store with floor management responsibilities across the store. The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Manager - Premium Retail are:
- To work towards the store financial, operations and service targets set by the store manager.
- Deliver exceptional client service by greeting and acknowledging each customer, fostering new relationships to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensures clients receive superior after sales service.
- Assists the Store Manager with managing the store schedule, timings & absentee management.
- Hiring high calibre performing team members from Sales Assistant to Associate Manager level.
- Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals (e.g. conversions and UPT).
- Manages and coordinates the daily operations & shop floor standards - including cash handling, security measures and visual standards.
- Monitors and assists the Store Manager with the training and development for store staff.
