We are working with a high-profile consultancy who are on the lookout for a talented Visual Designer to join their Experience Design team on a long-term project. This role is all about bringing digital experiences to life—creating engaging, visually striking designs that connect with users and support broader business storytelling. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team alongside researchers, content designers, service and interaction designers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing slick, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Supporting digital journeys with branded design assets, infographics, and visuals
  • Championing accessibility and design system standards
  • Using Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools to bring ideas to life
  • Working within Agile teams and collaborating closely with developers and other creatives
  • Contributing to design system development and ensuring consistency across outputs

What we’re looking for:

  • A seasoned Visual Designer with a portfolio that shows your creative range
  • Solid experience with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A visual storyteller who can make the complex look simple and beautiful
