This role is remote with occasional UK travel. We are currently working exclusively with an exciting and fast-paced agile business who are going through a strong period of growth and therefore seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will drive maximum return by creating, owning, managing and delivering end-to-end procurement activity across a range of indirect categories, working to a high standard delivering stakeholder satisfaction, commercial benefit and business improvement. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced indirect procurement professional to join this high-performing team.

We are looking for someone with gravitas at the highest levels in an organisation, who can build great relationships whilst balancing a hunger and need to deliver aggressively and not let barriers stand in their way. This role would suit a Procurement Category Manager who can demonstrate effective results looking to take the next step in their procurement career, working in a multi-category fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:

  • Essential: A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in procurement/commercial roles.
  • Strong relationship management, confident and credible at C-Level/board level.
  • Holds a UK driving license.

Highly Desirable:

  • Retail and/or Manufacturing industry experience within a procurement role.
  • IT / Marketing / FM / Logistics category experience.
  • Degree educated.
  • MCIPS qualification.
