L’entreprise : EDF EPR Engineering UK (EPR-e), qui fait partie du groupe EDF, est une entreprise Anglaise délivrant les activités de Design et d’ingénierie pour les projets de Centrale Nucléaire de type EPR aux UKs. EPR-E apporte l’expertise du groupe EDF ainsi que le support de ces partenaires privilégiés intégrés au sein d’une seule entité d’ingénierie. EPR-E délivre le design des projets EPR Hinkley Point C (HPC) et Sizewell C (SZC), couvrant : l’ilot nucléaire, l’ilot conventionnel… et les activités de contrôle des fabrications ; mais aussi fournissant des solutions de supports à ses clients pour la construction, les essais et la future exploitation de la centrale.

Poste et missions

Aperçu du poste : le « Disciplines Directorate Support » joue un rôle crucial en facilitant le bon fonctionnement de notre organisation des services métiers de l’ingénierie EPR-E. Le rôle implique la coordination de nombreuses activités comme la conduite de réunions, le suivi des projets internes, le support aux services métiers sur différentes thématiques selon le besoin (amélioration du management visuel d’une équipe, support au Head of Disciplines). Il a aussi la charge de la mise en place et du suivi du Work Force Planning (vision a 5 ans de l’entreprise) et du Plan De Charge (vision a 10 ans de l’entreprise). Le candidat idéal a un très bon sens du relationnel, est organisé, dynamique et capable de gérer plusieurs activités en parallèle.

Missions:

  • Work Force Planning
  • Piloter les diffĂ©rentes Ă©tapes du Work Force Planning : mise en place de l’OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure) qui dĂ©finit l’organisation gĂ©nĂ©rale d’EPRe, remontĂ©e de la charge de travail pour les annĂ©es en cours…
  • Suivre les actions de chaque partie prenante lors des diffĂ©rentes Ă©tapes de confection du Work Force Planning
  • Faire le lien avec Edvance Paris sur l’exercice
  • Animation du Directoire des services mĂ©tiers
  • Faciliter l’organisation et l’animation des rĂ©unions hebdomadaires, assurant un niveau efficace de communication et collaboration
  • Piloter l’organisation et les discussions lors des rĂ©unions thĂ©matiques
  • DĂ©velopper et organiser le suivi des Indicateurs de Performance propres aux services mĂ©tiers
  • Organiser le suivi des projets internes
  • Pilotage de l’Excellence OpĂ©rationnelle
  • Promouvoir l’excellence opĂ©rationnelle dans les disciplines
  • Identifier les champs d’amĂ©lioration et implĂ©menter les bonnes pratiques
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes pour amĂ©liorer l’efficacitĂ© globale
