No Essential: Nanny/Manny with SEN experience – either personal or professional. Must be comfortable assisting with personal care Desirable: Makaton knowledge would be preferable. Experience in feeding difficulties. Start Date: Beginning of Jan 2025 Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. In addition to these regular hours, you will receive an additional 10 floating hours per month. These floating hours can be used for earlier starts, evening babysitting, or occasional weekend work, as mutually agreed upon. Elliott is passionate about mathematics and word searches, while Timmy has a keen interest in trains and enjoys spending time at local playgrounds. The family enjoys outdoor adventures together, often going on bike rides. Louie was born with a rare chromosome disorder, which means he is non-verbal and has severe learning difficulties. He requires assistance with eating (pureed food only), drinking, and all aspects of personal care. Despite his challenges, Louie communicates effectively using facial expressions, Makaton, and a communication book. Although he is mobile, he uses a specialist buggy for longer outings.
