We’re looking for a Workday Prism & Financials Consultant with a strong finance background and proven expertise in delivering analytics-driven insights through Workday. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way a forward-thinking organisation harnesses its financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Workday Prism Analytics implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial reporting and analytics requirements.
- Use Workday Prism to integrate, model, and transform external and internal data for advanced reporting.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Prism Analytics.
- Provide guidance on Workday best practices and data governance strategies.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users, enhancing reporting self-service and data literacy.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience with Workday Prism and Workday Financials.
- Strong accounting/financial background with a deep understanding of financial data models.
- Demonstrable track record of successful Workday Prism implementations in complex environments.
- Ability to advise and influence stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT functions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
