We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking an ERP System Operation Specialist to work in one of our valued client offices in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-call customer consultations related to the ERP system (such as finance, procurement, and legal).
- Provide guidelines, address system issues, and track the fulfilment of optimization requirements.
- Deliver ERP system training to essential users and end-users located in the non-China region, and collect user experience feedback.
- Manage system errors, provide support to customers, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Gather and organize relevant system knowledge into an internal knowledge base, and provide suggestions for enhancing the system's efficiency.
Requirements:
- Junior college or higher.
- Excellent communication and expression skills, highly service-oriented, and exceptional emotional management abilities.
- Good resilience and capability to provide reasonable responses and solutions against problems in time.
- Quick learner, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in commonly used office software.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in writing and speaking.
