What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the procurement of cocoa and chocolate – balancing cost, quality, and supply continuity.
- Leading supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favourable commercial outcomes.
- Supporting innovation by working with NPD teams to source new ingredients and capabilities.
- Embedding ethical and sustainable sourcing practices into the procurement strategy.
