The Role: As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expert, you will design and implement end-to-end Quote to Cash (Q2C) solutions using CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition modules. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline sales, finance, and operations workflow. Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ and billing is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders for Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Translate complex Lead – To – Cash Business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend best-fit solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Design and configure CPQ pricing rules and product bundles.
- Model end-to-end revenue lifecycle (Quote – contract – order- invoice – revenue) aligning with business requirements.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in Salesforce CRM Implementation.
- Experience as Solution Architect of Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce Revenue cloud experience is a must.
- Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data and Metadata Migration.
- In-depth understanding of Product & Pricing modelling and configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows and Order & Billing Process.
- Strong Experience in Designing and Building Custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and work towards consensus building.
- Drive business discussions via workshop with business and IT teams.
