Are you a Service Manager or similar from an Ex-Forces background, looking for a varied role in a well-established machinery supplier, where you will be working in a fast-paced varied role offering full manufacturer training and leadership coaching?
In this role you will be overseeing the Groundcare service department, overseeing 14 employees including 11 technicians. You will be responsible for all management, scheduling of work, complaints, customer management and identifying areas of improvement to ensure smooth running.
