The ROLE

We are seeking an SAP MDG Governance and Data Quality Consultant, who will be a strategic leader, shaping and executing initiatives to elevate data management practices. The role involves multi-level organizational collaboration, visionary data quality management, and driving innovation within governance frameworks for our clients and their business outcomes. Our Data Governance approach is focused on delivering concrete value to our customers and charts a trajectory for organizational and technological advancement in tandem with business growth. All our consultants use software created on our proprietary software crafted for the entire Data Governance project lifecycle, as well as data governance support. This ensures a seamless and efficient integration of governance practices, fostering a dynamic and adaptable environment for sustained business success. This role is to deliver excellence in technical and functional implementation for our data governance solutions and processes for our clients.

What You Will Do

• Complete an initial period of training on the Syniti software and methodology.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti Data Governance and Data Quality methodologies.
• Be proficient in the Syniti Data Governance / Data Quality toolsets.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements.
• Develop, test and implement new functionality in the toolset.
• Document and communicate governance processes and best practices with clients.
• Spearhead visionary data governance and quality management initiatives and strategic protocols.
• Serve as a mentor and thought leader, providing guidance and mentorship to both mid-level and junior team members.
• Drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge integration architectures between governance and quality platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Report KPIs and statuses to Syniti project management; Maintain related documentation.

• Data Quality process knowledge.
• Programming (Web Dynpro, ABAP, BTP or similar).
• Business Function knowledge (Master Data, Order to Cash etc.).
• Multiple end-to-end implementation cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team management.
• Customer-facing skills.
• MS Office tool-set.
• Strong written and spoken English.
