About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a budding creative to break into the world of branded content and football culture. Over the course of this 6-month internship, you’ll be embedded in our dynamic creative department, learning how to come up with big, social-first campaign ideas for some of the biggest brands in the world. You’ll work alongside experienced creatives to help concept and develop branded campaigns that will live across Footballco’s global social channels and beyond.
What you will be doing:
- Support Senior Creatives with brainstorms, research, and ideation for branded content campaigns.
- Assist in developing campaign ideas and content formats tailored for social platforms - especially Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
- Help build presentation decks by sourcing imagery, writing copy, and structuring creative ideas clearly.
- Participate in creative meetings and reviews, learning how ideas are shaped, refined, and sold in.
- Learn how to craft ideas that feel culturally relevant and native to the platforms they live on.
- Shadow production stages (where relevant), gaining exposure to how creative concepts come to life.
- Attend Client presentations, occasionally pitching work.
- Contribute on shoots to see the creative process in action (evening or weekend flexibility may be needed).
- Stay plugged into football, pop culture, and social trends to bring fresh insights to creative work.
- Show curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm as you gain confidence in your creative voice.
What you have:
- A creative mindset and passion for storytelling, especially in social and digital spaces.
- Examples of your creativity (this could be uni work, side projects, TikToks, writing, or anything that shows how you think).
- A strong interest in football culture, and how it connects with music, fashion, gaming, and more.
- A genuine love for social media, with an eye for what makes content shareable, relevant, and platform-native.
- Confidence to contribute ideas and openness to honest feedback.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn from your team and other departments/disciplines.
- A can-do attitude and the willingness to support Senior members of staff when called upon.
- Ability to attend our Holborn office at least 3 days a week.
Desirables:
- You’re a creative person by trade and have creative interests/passions outside of the working environment.
- You have experience working with Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite.
