The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To provide an excellent, pro-active, efficient and tenant focused general and intensive housing management service to IKE tenants. The role is to provide a service to our tenants from their first enquiry about IKE to the last communications we have, whether it be tenancy, property or any service that IKE provide or a dissatisfaction with an external partner IKE uses. You will be the first point of contact for our tenants and support providers for any tenancy matters, including but not limited to tenancy sign ups, void property management, health and safety concerns or other issues to sustain excellent communities and tenancy breaches/ASB.

To achieve and improve the service delivery standards, identifying any areas of concern for improvement. To achieve improvements in tenant satisfaction with improved tenant contact, visits to sites and improved engagement work.

Responsible for:

  • Delivery of working within the RSH Standards for vulnerable tenants including people with learning disabilities and/or Autism, people with physical disabilities and people suffering with mental health problems.
  • General & Intensive Housing Management Responsibilities.
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships.
  • Delivery of excellent customer services.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve agreed objectives.

About You:

  • Experience of working in social housing, preferably in a specialist supported setting with our tenant group – desirable.
  • Housing Related Qualification – desirable.
  • An awareness of current housing, welfare and neighbourhood management issues – desirable.
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft packages – essential.
  • Excellent level of general education (numeracy and literacy) – essential.
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer services that meet individual needs.
  • Experience or ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment with a track record of delivering against multiple competing objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and with colleagues to ensure delivery of individual performance and team objectives/KPI.
  • Be articulate, analytical and able to focus on attention to detail at all times.
  • Tenant Law and Legislation is essential.
