Technical Services Coordinator Central London Up to Β£55,000 + Excellent package & Opportunities Permanent Are you a hands-on, technically savvy professional with a background in managing M&E services in a high-performance environment? Weβre recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Services Coordinator to take responsibility for the smooth operation of building systems across two key office sites. This office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in Mechanical & Electrical systems, excellent contractor management skills, and a proactive approach to facilities operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day activities of M&E contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all reactive and planned works are completed to a high standard. Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and the external service delivery team. Conduct regular building inspections and maintain asset registers. Monitor performance standards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the long-term planning of infrastructure services. Assist in statutory compliance, risk management, and document administration. Support the implementation of energy-saving and smart-building initiatives. Assist in the management of infrastructure projects, office moves, and refurbishments. Oversee contract expenditure, purchase orders, and invoicing to maintain financial transparency. Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained. What Weβre Looking For: Proven experience managing M&E systems and building services in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance practices. Experience working with and managing external contractors and suppliers. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a hands-on, results-driven attitude. Good knowledge of building systems, including BMS and lighting controls. Flexibility to respond to urgent issues outside of standard working hours. Qualifications & Skills: A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) HND or higher in a Mechanical and/or Electrical discipline IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications desirable Familiarity with MS Office, CAD, and reading technical drawings Experience in project management and infrastructure upgrades is a plus Ready for the next step in your technical services career?
