We’re working with a global dental manufacturer that’s been leading the way in precision engineering and product innovation for more than 100 years. From premium treatment units to imaging, handpieces and everything in between, their name is trusted in practices all over the world. Now, they’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the South East region. This isn’t just another kit-in-a-bag sales role. It’s about building deep relationships, coaching dealer reps, being the product expert in your area and helping clinicians deliver better care through better tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing sales across a premium dental product portfolio, working both directly and via dealer partners
- Coaching and developing dealer reps; joining them in the field, unlocking opportunities and helping them win
- Running engaging demos and training sessions for dentists, nurses and practice teams
- Acting as the go-to expert for clinical product queries, installations and follow-up support
- Building strong relationships with key practices, dental groups and thought leaders
- Tracking activity and market insights via CRM, reporting back to shape wider sales strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with strong dental sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets
- A confident presenter, great at building trust and simplifying technical products
- Someone who’s energised by people and passionate about delivering service, not just sales
- Able to work independently but collaborates well across teams and with partners
- Willing to travel across the region, and occasionally attend evening or weekend events and congresses
