Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Execute full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to eCommerce goals like revenue, ROAS, CPA, and new customer acquisition.
  • Manage daily operations including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategies, negative keyword filtering, and creative testing.
  • Optimise campaigns using data-driven insights: A/B testing, attribution analysis, and budget pacing.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop scroll-stopping ad assets tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data into clear insights and growth recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Proactively suggest and test new growth opportunities including retargeting, upsell flows, and seasonal strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years proven experience, preferably with a similar fashion brand, managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands, across both Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific Ads Managers.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and pixel/event setups.
  • Track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable media spend.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills — able to clearly present performance insights to clients or stakeholders.
  • Excellent time and project management skills to juggle multiple accounts or campaigns effectively.
  • Experience working in a DTC, brand-side, or agency performance marketing environment.
