What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar HR or talent-focused role.
- Communication: Clear, confident and adaptable across all levels of the business.
- Organisation: Excellent multitasker who thrives on structure, meeting deadlines, and managing detail.
- Collaboration: A true team player who’s also confident flying solo.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp instincts and practical thinking.
- Digital Savvy: Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and keen to harness AI tools.
- Mindset: Curious, energetic, flexible - and passionate about building a positive, tech-enhanced workplace.
- Education: A degree or CIPD qualification in HR or related field is great, but not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a central figure in all things people-related - helping us attract, retain and grow incredible talent. Here’s a taste of what’s in store:
- Running the end-to-end recruitment process - from writing job ads to liaising with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews, meetings and training events with ninja-like precision.
- Supporting our People & Diversity Director and Global L&D Manager in shaping learning journeys across all career levels.
- Assisting with monthly payroll processing by coordinating updates, preparing data, and ensuring accuracy.
- Managing the onboarding experience and helping new starters settle in with flair.
- Keeping our HR systems slick and up to date.
- Powering our HR insights by helping gather and interpret HR data and analytics.
- Monitoring the HR helpdesk and Four Academy inbox, providing friendly, professional responses.
- Escalating more complex issues to senior HR as needed.
- Supporting various ad hoc HR projects that’ll challenge and inspire you.
