Working for a prestigious private banking firm based in the heart of the City, we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Administrator to join our client’s dynamic investment administration team. This is an excellent entry point for ambitious school leavers or graduates looking to build a career in investment banking and financial services.

As a Graduate / School Leaver Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the investment administration team, ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions and the maintenance of accurate client records.

Duties of the Graduate / School Leaver Banking Administrator include:

  • Provide administrative support to the investment banking team, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date
  • Data analytical work
  • General investment administration
  • Process all Fast Track closure requests for empty portfolios in a timely and precise manner
  • Handle closure requests related to project compact and remediation, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Process and complete account opening documentation for new and existing clients in line with bank policies and regulations
  • Work on a project dealing with closing accounts, ensuring all processes are followed
