What you’ll do
- Lead the development and evolution of our customer proposition and distribution strategy across Motor, Travel, Pet, and Home Insurance.
- Support the Head of General Insurance in managing our 3rd-party insurance partners to maximize the reach and impact of M&S-branded products.
- Shape and deliver the commercial strategy and P&L for General Insurance, driving results across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from Retail, Sparks, Data, and GI partners to align commercial outcomes with customer experience.
- Drive the data strategy and lead on roadmap definition, commercial planning, and customer outcomes.
Who you are
- Leadership experience with the General Insurance sector.
- Proven track record in 3rd Party relationship management & Commercial negotiation.
- Experience of developing & working with 3rd Party Partnerships.
- Proven track record of product acquisition, marketing & channel management/delivery with a clear focus on customer outcomes and experience.
- Proven experience in understanding commercial drivers of GI products along with the regulatory environment & marketplace.
