JD:
• The processing of incoming Additive Manufacturing requests, utilising both proprietary & 3rd party software packages.
Tracking delivery to customer promised dates.
Re-prioritisation of requests as per business demand & machine availability.
Management of feedstock to ensure uninterrupted facility utilisation.
Collating data on key metrics to manage facility performance & reporting performance at regular intervals.
Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and polyjet via Stratasys FDM hardware:
Orientating STF files for optimum build orientation, selecting relevant hardware, material , setting printparameters such as density wall thickness , stabilising wall and creating print files . Splitting STL file where required.
Mutlijet fusion(MJF) via Hewlick Packard MJF hardware:
Nesting optimal quantity of components in the necessary orientation , setting, print parameters and creating build files
Stereolithography SLA via formlabs hardware:
Orientating STL files for optimum build orientation , setting support structure parameters
Digital light projection (DLP) via genera hardware:
Orientating STL files for optimum build orientation , setting support structure parameters
Confirming print time, customer delivery date and trackingjob process / completion -liaising with internal Bentley customers
Collating weekly KPI data, including material, lead time and delivery to customer promise date
Monitoring weekly stock levels and informing Bentley colleagues on weekly order quantities
