We’re collaborating with an expanding Insurtech company, transforming the insurance landscape through innovative digital solutions. Their platform empowers insurers, brokers, and MGAs to streamline their operations, enhance customer experience, and stay ahead in a competitive market. As they scale across Europe, our client is looking for a Business Analyst or Junior Business Analyst to join the team and play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and product development. This opportunity is offered on a remote basis with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and present clear, concise documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders providing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing expectations and tracking progress
  • Work independently in a remote-first environment, and travel within Europe when required

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Must have gained experience in a specialist Insurtech company (essential)
  • Excellent requirement gathering and testing experience
  • Confident in delivering product demos and facilitating client workshops
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects
