A growing business in the safety footwear space is looking for a commercially minded Sales Development Executive to take the lead on demand generation among end-user companies across key sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and more.

This is not a traditional field sales role. Instead, it’s an exciting opportunity to develop targeted engagement strategies at company level—driving brand visibility and converting interest into tangible distributor-led sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within end-user organisations across diverse industries.
  • Deliver compelling messaging that highlights product features, benefits, and ESG credentials.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to turn end-user interest into qualified orders.
  • Use digital outreach, sector mapping, and market intelligence to uncover and nurture opportunities.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and showcase real-world case studies.
Your Experience:
  • Experience in B2B business development, sales support, or inside sales roles.
  • Comfortable identifying and engaging decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM systems, and lead conversion processes.
Performance Will Be Measured By:
  • Volume and quality of company engagements, meetings, demos, and site visits.
  • Conversion rate of engagements into distributor leads or orders.
  • Effectiveness in sales enablement through pitch decks, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Timely, insightful reporting on market trends and customer feedback.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum
  • Quarterly Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, based on KPIs and qualitative contribution
  • Opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative, insight-driven team.
Why This Role Stands Out:

This is a sales development role—not field sales. You’ll be shaping company-level engagement strategies, not covering geographic territories. Success will come from sharp targeting, compelling messaging, and purposeful collaboration with distributors to align end-user interest with commercial delivery.

If you are a motivated, sales person who is commercially curious and proactive then this could be the ideal role for you.
